I’m honestly still having an emotional crisis over this book! Beach Read was a hilarious read about a romance writer who no longer believes in love and a literary writer who doesn’t believe in happily-ever-afters clashing. I have been dying to read this book for months because I knew I would love it based on the summary. The one about your own life, complete with melodramatic soundtrack and golden light lancing through car windows. You just can’t stop telling yourself the story.
